Heldesk Analyst IT Birmingham, Alabama Type: Contract Experience Required: 3+ years
Doozer Software’s IT staffing division is currently assisting one of our customers in a search for 2 HelpDesk Analysts. These are contract positions and the engagement will last 6 months. Positions will start end of June or first of July. The position will involve primarily handling calls from users related to a company upgrade to Windows 10. This will be 40 hours a work a week and the schedule could be Monday-Friday or Tuesday – Friday depending on the progress of the upgrade.
Provide phone support for users related to Windows 10 upgrade
Use ticketing system to log all support calls
Solve less complex Windows issues by phone and pass along more complex issues to appropriate teams
