The Screening Process

Doozer’s screening process has four main components:

  • Telephone pre-screening
  • Three professional reference checks
  • In-house technical interview
  • Candidate-client interview

While this process may be similar to the process of other staffing firms, the significant difference with our process is the screening done by our full time developers during the in-house technical interview(s).

Contract and Contract to Permanent Flexibility
