Our client’s IT team manages a growing portfolio of business and technical initiatives and projects that cover a wide spectrum in size and complexity .  The division effectively selects and implements technologies which provide the best functionality and value to meet enterprise objectives.

They are currently seeking Project Managers to join their team on a contract and "contract to hire" basis.  The PM should have experience managing softwareapplication development projects that involve various teams and business stakeholders.  Our client's projects have many facets including internet/intranet java based interfaces as well as mainframe Cobol applications. 

The PM will require direct collaboration with the development teams and business owners.  The PM will help develop plans, assess initiatives, and complete deliverables on a timely basis, contribute to due diligence efforts, and facilitate the completion of project documentation with the implementation team.  The PM will provide reports and status to upper management.

Required Experience: 5+ years of PM experience; SDLC; managing multiple projects; 

Preferred:

PMP, CMM, PPM - Project Portfolio Management,
